This privacy policy describes what kind of personal data Antec Biogass collects and how this personal data is processed.
Antec Biogass complies with the Norwegian Personal Data Act. This privacy statement has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of sections 18 and 19 of the Personal Data Act.
What is personal data
Personal data is information about an individual. This can be the person's name, address, place of work, civil status, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. Information about your contact, reason for contact and form of contact with Antec Biogass may also be understood as personal data.
Sensitive personal data is neither collected nor used by Antec Biogass. This includes personal data such as criminal charges, criminal offences, health and the like.

Who is the data controller for your personal data at Antec Biogass
Antec Biogass's own Office Manager is responsible for the company's processing of personal data. In the event of any future delegation, only the tasks are delegated; the responsibility for the personal data always remains with Antec Biogass.
Personal data received by Antec Biogass
Antec Biogass has two sources of personal data, both of which are based on Section 8 of the Personal Data Act.
The main source of personal data is the information you provide yourself. This is mainly done via the contact form on the Antec Biogass website. The contact form serves as a meeting point between potential and existing customers and Antec Biogass. It is entirely up to you whether you wish to fill in such a form or simply remain a passive visitor to the site. The personal data collected via the contact form consists of your telephone number, email address and name.
Following the contact form, further personal information may be generated through email, telephone and similar correspondence between Antec Biogass and you as a potential/existing customer.
Another source of personal data is information collected by Antec Biogass itself. This data is collected via Google Analytics. It records, amongst other things, how long you spend on the site, your IP address, which links you click on, and the number of users on the site at different times.
How Antec Biogass uses personal data
The purpose of the contact form and subsequent correspondence is to follow up on enquiries and obligations towards customers. Antec Biogass relies on such an open platform between itself and its customers to ensure satisfactory communication and end product.
The purpose of the information from Google Analytics is to improve the website experience. This could, for example, be to make the layouts more user-friendly, understand user trends, streamline and deliver the services expected in a better way, and prevent criminal behaviour such as hacking.
The legal basis for Antec Biogass’s processing of personal data is Section 11 of the Personal Data Act.
How to manage your own personal data
The limited amount of personal data that Antec Biogass collects from you and on its own initiative is, compared with other organisations and other online services, extremely minimal. Consequently, we do not offer any self-management options for personal data, such as settings within apps you use or settings for personalised advertising. As mentioned, the personal data collected is not used for such purposes.

Information sharing with third parties
Antec Biogass does not share any personal data from the contact form, its own data collections or information obtained from other sources with any third parties. Should such sharing nevertheless take place, you will always receive a request for consent from us.
Secure archiving, deletion and internal control
In accordance with Section 13 of the Personal Data Act, all personal data received by Antec Biogass will be stored on either a secure email account or server for as long as the employment relationship between you and Antec Biogass remains in force. Upon termination of the employment relationship, all correspondence and personal data will be deleted within two years.
Antec Biogass has internal controls to ensure that such archiving, security and deletion are carried out in a targeted manner and in compliance with legal standards.
Rights
Under the Personal Data Act, as a user or customer of Antec Biogass you have the right to be forgotten, the right to data portability, the right of access, and the right not to be profiled.
The right to be forgotten means that you may request the deletion of any personal data held by Antec Biogass. Even if no such request is made, Antec Biogass will in any case delete most personal data two years after the end of the relationship.
The right to data portability means that you can obtain a digital copy of all personal data that Antec Biogass holds about you. This right also entails that you can transfer this personal data to another organisation if it is technically feasible and reasonable. Personal data covered by data portability is personal data provided to Antec Biogass, such as through the contact form, or automated personal data generated through the use of Antec Biogass's services.
The right of access means that you have the right to see what information Antec Biogass has registered about you.
The right to object to profiling entitles you to refuse to allow Antec Biogass to analyse your usage and behaviour, and thereby tailor our services to you based on this analysis. Typical examples include personalised advertising, service development, market research, etc. However, this is of little relevance to Antec Biogass, as Antec Biogass has little interest in or use for such extensive and in-depth analysis.

Children's privacy
Antec Biogass has neither the intention nor the need to collect or process personal data relating to children under the age of 16. Such personal data must be provided via a parent or guardian.
Personal information left by children of Antec Biogass will be deleted as soon as it comes to the knowledge of Antec Biogass.
Data Protection Officer
Antec Biogass does not have a data protection officer as the company is not a public authority, does not process sensitive data, does not carry out systematic monitoring of individuals, and does not process personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences.
Implementation of changes
Antec Biogass will from time to time update its privacy policy to ensure that it maintains the legal standard required by Norwegian law. You will be informed of such updates.
